Collis supports several schemes in drawing up and maintaining system specifications and test specifications, in improving the quality of documentation and offering the technical expertise and experience needed to determine in which direction a scheme should go.
In particular, Collis supports Dutch scheme owner Trans Link Systems in improving the quality of its SDOA standard. This ranges from incorporating necessary changes and corrigenda in new versions of existing documents, via restructuring information to improve readability and accessibility, to helping specify new functionality like the National Action List.
As another example, for the American Public Transport Association we created a Test Case Specification to accompany its CFMS Standard. This offers a way for APTA to assess the quality of equipment offered for certification by vendors. Our expertise in public transport is highlighted via the case studies in various sectors such as e-Ticketing, e-Road Pricing and Logistics.
