Application Process

The application and recruitment process at Collis is organised in an efficient manner. Our HR/Recruitment department takes care of your application and provides regular feedback throughout the recruitment process.

To make a quick and efficient match to a department, business unit and/or subsidiary it is important to receive an up-to-date resume and a covering letter to elaborate on the kind of role you are looking for and which positions at Collis you find interesting (and why).

At Collis we handle the application process as outlined below:

  • Resume & covering letter email to jobs@collis.nl or apply directly via the application form
  • The HR/Recruitment department will review your application within a few days of receipt and you will be contacted to discuss the next steps
  • If we see a possible match we will contact you for a 1st interview. It is possible to do this at one of our Collis offices or over the phone/Skype when you are applying from abroad
  • When we are positive on both sides after the first interview we often organise a second interview to gain deeper knowledge of your background, abilities and possible roles and of course to give you more information concerning the possibilities at Collis (what we can offer you).

For several roles at Collis we organise an assessment which includes several hours at the Collis office (sometimes with some preparation from your end). During the assessment we will simulate a realistic working situation in which you will be able to demonstrate your abilities to fulfil the role you are applying for. It will also give you a clear picture on Collis as a company, the people, the atmosphere, the culture as well as clear expectations on the role you would take on.
